How long is the pilot?
Two weeks of focused use is usually enough to see everything that matters — most teams surface candidates and company intelligence their current tools missed within the first few days. If your timing calls for a longer pilot, we'll structure it with weekly check-ins.
Why is it structured? Can't I just poke around?
Because an unattended login doesn't tell either of us anything. The pilot works when it runs on a real search with real success criteria. If now isn't the right time — you're closing a fund, the firm is heads-down — we'd rather schedule the pilot for the moment you can use it.
What happens when the pilot ends?
We review the results against the success criteria we set together. If Verata is a fit, we'll scope a proposal for your firm. If not, no hard feelings — your data is deleted and there's no obligation.
Do I need to provide a credit card?
