We define a firm as a single legal entity and its directly controlled investment vehicles. Multi-strategy platforms or fund families may require Enterprise pricing; we're happy to discuss your specific situation.

The AUM ranges are guidelines, not hard cutoffs. We price based on the value we provide, which generally correlates with firm size. If you're close to a boundary, let's discuss what makes sense.
The subscription price includes the full platform, implementation, training, and standard support. The only potential additions are custom development work (rare, Enterprise only) or premium data add-ons if we introduce them in the future.
Growth and Professional tiers are annual subscriptions. Enterprise is typically multi-year. We offer discounts for multi-year commitments at all tiers (10% for 2 years, 15% for 3 years).
We require 30 days notice before your renewal date. We'll provide a complete export of your data in standard formats. There are no penalties for non-renewal.
In addition to multi-year discounts, we occasionally offer promotional pricing for first-time fund managers and for firms willing to serve as case study references. Ask your sales contact about current programs.
Your portfolio companies are not automatically included—the subscription is for your investment team. However, we offer discounted add-on pricing if you want to extend access to portfolio company executives (often useful for their own M&A sourcing or executive hiring).
